FOR the first time ever, Malaysians can pay for the purchase of their home via eWallet.
MCT Bhd, a subsidiary of the Philippines property developer Ayala Land Inc, recently announced that it is introducing a cashless payment facility via Touch ‘n Go eWallet to potential home buyers.
MCT CEO Teh Heng Chong announced the introduction of eWallet as a payment method at the unveiling of the refurbished sales gallery of the Lakefront development in Cyberjaya recently.
“We are improving our overall processes and systems as we aim to enhance customer experience when purchasing a property,” said MCT director of sales and marketing Chee Kok Keong.
MCT made its initial foray into Cyberjaya through LakeFront Villa, a development consisting of luxury bungalows sitting on a 16-acre site, complete with a clubhouse, which is situated only a few kilometres from several universities and the KL International Airport.
