MCT BHD has launched its Cybersouth property gallery, affirming its foray into township development.

Its maiden township, Cybersouth, is strategically located within the Cyberjaya-Putrajaya-KLIA growth corridor.

This new growth corridor is well connected with access to major highways such as Maju Expressway (MEX), SILK Highway, Elite Highway, KLIA Expressway, South Klang Valley Expressway, LDP Highway and Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway.

The area is also serviced by the Express Rail Link (ERL) and the upcoming MRT Line 2.

Cybersouth is the ideal representation of MCT’s core value of “building sustainable communities”.

Sprawled across 168.75ha of land, this nature-inspired township ensures an all-inclusive modern living experience with a 10.1ha Central Park and community clubhouse for families to enjoy.

The integrated township will consist of residential, commercial, education and recreational components, offering a complete lifestyle for the community.

MCT started the project with the launch of the first phase in April 2015, called Greencasa, comprising double-storey link homes with cul-de-sac road system specially designed to foster the safety of its residents.

The 18’x 65’ and 20’x 65’ homes have since been fully sold.

The developer recently launched the second phase of the residential component called CasaView.

These practical and well-designed 20’x 70’ and 22’x 75’ link homes offer spacious layouts for the family.

Homes at CasaView offer relaxing outdoor living with a 4.5m back lane where residents can enjoy a stroll along tree-lined walkways and landscaped gardens.

While limited units are available, the show unit is open for public viewing.

MCT collaborated with the Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia to bring out the best of the Central Park.

With the success of the Phase 1 and the positive response to Phase 2, MCT will introduce the third phase to the market soon.

The new phase will comprise stylish townhouses with built-up area from 335.3sg m and an indicative price from RM400,000.

In line with the Selangor government’s initiative to offer affordable homes, Cybersouth will also launch the Rumah Selangorku homes in 2016.

The homes have practical layouts and a choice of three design types from 228.6sq m to 289.6sq m with the selling price starting from RM100,000.

Registration for the homes is open and the show unit is ready for viewing.
