MCT Berhad (MCT), a subsidiary of Philippines largest property developer Ayala Land Inc., has taken the Malaysian property market into the next generation with cashless payment. It was announced during the unveiling of their refurbished sales gallery in Cyberjaya, that Malaysians can now make cashless payment for their property purchase at MCT via the Touch ’n Go eWallet.

The announcement of the new cashless payment method at MCT was made by MCT Chief Executive Officer Mr. Teh Heng Chong. It was held in conjunction with a site visit by MCT’s key management members to the LakeFront Residences and LakeFront Homes, two of MCT’s ongoing developments in the area.

MCT Director of Sales and Marketing Mr. Chee Kok Keong states that the move to introduce cashless payment at MCT is in line with the developer’s objective to become Malaysia’s leading property developer of choice in Malaysia.

Chee further explained, “We are improving our overall processes and systems as we aim to enhance customer experience when purchasing a property. It has become an important element in MCT to ensure that the constant improvement of quality in our services is aligned with our main shareholder Ayala Land Inc’s brand promise — ‘Enhancing Land, Enriching Lives for More People.”

Also held in conjunction with the unveiling of the refurbished sales gallery and cashless payment announcement was the launch of MCT’s new campaign, dubbed ‘Own Your Dream Home’, for its LakeFront Homes development.

According to Mr. Teh, the ‘Own Your Dream Home’ campaign will enable buyers to purchase a home at the LakeFront Homes development with an affirmative payment term subject to loan approval.

“The campaign was initially intended to last until the end of February 2020, however, due to overwhelming response, we will extend it until the end of March 2020, giving potential buyers more time to find the right home with MCT,” said Mr. Teh.

MCT made its foray into Cyberjaya with the development of Lakefront Villa, a luxurious development of bungalows that comes complete with a clubhouse. This development sits on 16 acres and is sited only a few short kilometres away from key universities and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

The Lakefront Villa was recently crowned as Best Family-Oriented Development at Propsocial People’s Property Award 2019 for its well-planned, garden-themed and family-focused modern concept.
