Aetas Damansara in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Damansara, has achieved a take-up rate of 55% since its launch on Dec 15 last year. The high-end condominium is jointly developed by MCT Bhd and Philippine-based real estate firm Ayala Land, Inc.

KUALA LUMPUR (June 20): The property market of Tropicana in Petaling Jaya, mainly anchored by the 625-acre Tropicana Golf & Country Resort and the 409-acre Tropicana Indah, has evolved from a predominantly landed landscape into a more commercial one with more high-rise developments and retail offerings.

In addition to the Surian MRT Station nearby, the ongoing Tropicana LRT Station on the LRT 3 Bandar Utama-Klang Line that is expected to serve the area and surroundings by 2024 is expected to bode well for the area.

SUBANG JAYA (Jan 5): MCT Bhd is looking to launch seven new developments, worth RM2.2 billion in total, this year. These launches comprise residential units and commercial projects.
These seven launches include Aetas Damansara in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Damansara; Alira in Metropark, Subang as well as Sanderling Lakefront Residences in Cyberjaya. Other projects include a boutique commercial centre at Lakefront Cyberjaya; the maiden phase of Cybersouth Town Centre in Dengkil as well as new residential developments in USJ Subang and Cybersouth, respectively.
